About the Role

The Ecosystem Growth and Enablement team at Red Hat is seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic partnerships and growth. As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities to collaborate and create mutually beneficial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships with key solution providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with partner executives and teams to drive growth and adoption of Red Hat solutions.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Measure and report on partnership performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in ecosystem and partner sales management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and adoption through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
