Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at W3Global Inc. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new business accounts, achieve sales goals, and maintain healthy profit margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new business accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Research and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry promotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the promotional products industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
