Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting, analyzing, and reporting on sales and incentive compensation. This position primarily involves independent contributions while being an integral member of the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update operational and sales incentive compensation calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct ongoing ad hoc analyses related to sales commissions, operational incentives, and other compensation-related expenses, comparing performance to budget and expectations.
- Assist in the analysis to support the development and implementation of salary administration, compensation policies, and variable pay plans (e.g., merit increases, annual incentives, bonuses, sales commissions).
- Participate in benchmarking and data collection for commission and incentive compensation.
- Provide analytical support and recommendations to management regarding sales and incentive compensation programs, including pay structures and short-term incentives.
- Support the review of incentive compensation trends and develop recommendations that align with business strategies.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and cross-functional teams on annual merit increases and benefits analysis.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain complex Excel reports to support data analysis.

Qualifications

- Effective communication abilities and the capacity to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proven ability to create actionable plans to achieve specific objectives.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred, along with 1-2+ years of relevant experience or professional certification.
- Experience with sales commissions and incentive compensation programs is advantageous.
