HOW WILL YOU DRIVE TRANSFORMATION?

The Lead Compensation Analyst will partner with North Highland's leadership to deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits insights and support through research, analysis, and the ongoing management of the organization's total rewards framework. This role emphasizes compensation strategies (base salary, variable pay, sales incentives, and equity plans) and benefits, aimed at attracting, retaining, and rewarding our talent.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with other innovators to enhance brand visibility and engagement through our owned social media platforms, integrated marketing initiatives, and employee advocacy efforts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement compensation policies and provide training and support to the HR team and business leaders.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process.
  • Oversee bonus distribution for various incentive plans, including the preparation of bonus statements.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on the management of sales compensation structures.
  • Lead the promotions process, developing recommendations based on market analysis and internal equity.
  • Ensure accuracy of data submitted for bonuses, obtaining necessary approvals from business units.
  • Assist in conducting salary grade structure audits (evaluating job titles, codes, FLSA status, pay grades, incentive targets, etc.).
  • Analyze data and generate reports to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in annual compensation market surveys and utilize findings to adjust salary ranges and update systems.
  • Submit data for all salary surveys.
  • Oversee calculations for UK Gender Pay Gap and present findings to the executive team.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of reporting systems.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of Total Reward Statements.
  • Possess functional knowledge of FMLA, STD, LTD, and other leave programs.
  • Support ACA reporting and related research.
  • Assist with wellness program administration, research, and promotional activities.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR team and external partners to address employee needs and resolve issues.
  • Work with Payroll teams across various regions to ensure accurate data integration into payroll systems.
  • Engage in compensation and benefits activities in accordance with company policies and all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in testing and administration of compensation and benefits systems.
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in managing HR programs, including compensation and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including FMLA, ERISA, and FLSA.
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
