About the Role

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business results and align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Sales Compensation Plans: Develop and implement sales compensation plans that are aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to understand business needs and develop compensation plans that drive sales performance.
  • Provide Compensation Recommendations: Provide compensation recommendations for internal candidates and external hires, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with our organization's compensation philosophy.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to ensure that our compensation plans are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Communicate Compensation Plans: Communicate compensation plans to sales teams and stakeholders, ensuring that they understand the plans and how they will be impacted.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure that our compensation plans are driving the desired results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in sales compensation, including experience in designing and implementing sales compensation plans.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales leadership and other stakeholders.
