About the Role

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our compensation and incentives team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business results and align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Compensation Plans: Design and implement sales compensation plans that are aligned with our company's strategic objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and develop compensation plans that meet those needs.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to ensure that our compensation plans are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Communicate with Employees: Communicate compensation plans and changes to employees in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales compensation and incentives.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales compensation and incentives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and implement effective sales compensation plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with sales leadership and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and incentives laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
