Position Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to enhance our Finance and Accounting team. This role is crucial in supporting, analyzing, and reporting on sales and incentive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update operational and sales incentive compensation calculations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct ongoing ad hoc analyses related to sales commissions, operational incentives, and other compensation-related expenses.
  • Assist in the analysis for the development and implementation of salary administration, compensation policies, and variable pay plans.
  • Participate in benchmarking and data collection for commission and incentive compensation.
  • Provide analytical support and guidance to management on compensation programs and initiatives.
  • Support the review of incentive compensation trends and develop recommendations aligned with business strategies.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and cross-functional teams on annual merit increases and benefits analysis.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel reports to facilitate data analysis.

Qualifications
  • Team-oriented with a strong desire to enhance processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated capability to create actionable plans to achieve specific objectives.

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience or professional certification.
