YOUR ROLE IN DRIVING TRANSFORMATION:

The Lead Compensation Analyst will partner with North Highland's leadership to deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits insights through research, analysis, and the ongoing management of the organization’s total rewards framework. This role emphasizes compensation strategies (base salary, variable pay, sales incentives, and equity plans) and benefits aimed at attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent.

As part of a team of innovators, you will enhance brand visibility and engagement through various channels, integrated campaign initiatives, and employee advocacy efforts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Overseeing compensation policies and providing guidance and training to HR personnel and business leaders.
  • Managing the annual compensation review process.
  • Administering bonus structures for diverse incentive plans, including the preparation of bonus documentation.
  • Collaborating with Business Development on the management of sales compensation frameworks.
  • Leading the promotions process, including formulating recommendations based on market analysis and internal equity.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data submitted for bonuses, with necessary approvals from business units.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of salary grade structures (including job titles, codes, FLSA status, pay grades, and incentive targets).
  • Conducting data analysis and generating reports to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Identifying trends and patterns in data analysis, providing insights and recommendations based on findings.
  • Participating in annual compensation market assessments and updating salary ranges accordingly.
  • Submitting data for salary surveys.
  • Managing UK Gender Pay Gap calculations and presenting results to the executive team.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of reports.
  • Assisting in the creation of Total Reward Statements.
  • Possessing functional knowledge of leave programs such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
  • Supporting ACA reporting and conducting relevant research.
  • Assisting with wellness program administration, research, and promotional activities.
  • Providing support for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating with the Global HR team and external partners to address employee needs and resolve issues.
  • Working with Payroll teams across various regions to ensure accurate data integration into payroll systems.
  • Engaging in compensation and benefits activities in alignment with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Participating in testing and administration of Workday for compensation and benefits.
  • Contributing to special projects and other assigned tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in managing HR programs, including compensation and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including FMLA, ERISA, and FLSA.
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deliver timely and precise work outcomes.
