Job Summary:

The Regional Banking Relationship Manager Sr. is a senior-level sales position within Regional Banking, responsible for acquiring new business relationships and maintaining existing ones. This role requires providing insights and guidance to business owners, with a focus on complex commercial credits and sales sizes between $2 MM and $50 MM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting and networking.
  • Analyze, structure, and close complex loan transactions.
  • Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers, gathering and reviewing documentation as needed.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers, providing insights and advice to segment target markets.
  • Deepen existing relationships through internal partnerships and providing insightful advice and guidance to customers.
  • Responsible for portfolio management, including quarterly reviews and collection of necessary documents.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer solutions and represent the bank within the community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial lending experience.
  • Well-versed in complex commercial credits, with 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial sales experience.
