Job Title: Technology Program Manager

Old Republic Title is seeking a highly skilled Technology Program Manager to drive the successful planning and execution of strategic technology programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with experience in driving complex initiatives across multiple business units, regions, or the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programs with high complexity and risk, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Direct and manage program execution, providing coaching to project managers and ensuring compliance with governance structures and organizational policies.
  • Report status and health of programs, maintaining awareness of individual projects and their contribution to the program.
  • Initiate programs with a kick-off event, explaining the mission, associated projects, and their relationships to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on project or program methodology selection.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in project and program management, with a strong background in technology and business alignment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to accept supervision and foster, develop, and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, with experience in software tools for program and project management, such as Microsoft Project Online and Azure DevOps (ADO).
