JOB OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic US B2B Team as a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Fleet Card solutions. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management abilities and a strategic mindset to effectively develop and oversee their territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IDENTIFY, ENGAGE, NEGOTIATE & FINALIZE agreements with medium to large light-duty fleets. Foster partnership-oriented relationships with clients and our sales operations team, ensuring a deep understanding of the Commercial Fleet value propositions and customer needs to maximize benefits for both Circle K and our clients. Conduct pricing negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize all operational requirements, including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and services. Deliver timely and precise performance forecasts and provide competitive market evaluations and updates. Implement Integrity Selling standards to create effective call plans, manage calendars, develop account strategies, and utilize CRM tools to enhance customer engagement (6-10 visits weekly). Exhibit exceptional product knowledge and presentation skills while engaging potential clients or servicing existing accounts. Utilize CRM software for tracking appointments, sales performance, and maintaining an up-to-date database.

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of client acquisition. Consistent achievement of sales quotas in a B2B sales environment. Demonstrated ability to compete effectively against rivals. Strong skills in identifying, developing, and qualifying prospects. High level of capability in territory management. Willingness to travel, including air and vehicle travel. Ability to pass a thorough background check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree. Proven ability to advance opportunities through the sales cycle. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage at all decision-making levels and strong negotiation skills. Ability to cultivate and manage relationships within various partner organizations. Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times. Commitment to teamwork within the sales organization. Responsible for supporting and promoting other Circle K programs. Strong skills in forecasting and pipeline management, including maintaining a prospect database using designated software. Responsible for timely completion of reports, including production, expense, forecasts, and updates on competitive activities and industry trends. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations. Ability to work independently while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines.
