As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized guidance and support to help them navigate their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and Recommend Solutions: Effectively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Maintain a thorough knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings, to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience, including greeting customers, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with Branch Teams: Work closely with branch team members and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Stay Compliant and Adaptable: Maintain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and adhere to regulatory requirements, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3-4 Years of Retail Banking Experience
  • Proven Relationship-Building Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Knowledge of Bank and Branch Policies and Procedures
  • Experience with Digital Products and Self-Service Technologies
