- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting our middle market clients, providing expert advice and guidance to support their business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, including courses in accounting, finance, and economics.
- 10+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably with clients of $100MM+ in annual revenue.
- Formal credit training and 4+ years of credit analysis/structuring experience.
- Superior knowledge of commercial banking products and services.
- Strong track record of success in new business development with middle market companies and an established referral network in place.
- Competitive salary range: $206,000 - $268,572.
