As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized guidance and support to help them navigate their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Financial Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of customers' financial needs, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services and solutions.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of U.S. Bank's products and services, including digital offerings, to effectively communicate and recommend solutions to customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with branch team members and partners to ensure seamless delivery of customer services and solutions.
  • Account Management: Open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications as needed.
  • Digital Literacy: Educate customers on emerging and self-service digital products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the customer experience and deliver operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients, effective communication and interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies and procedures, and experience with digital products and services
