Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Credentialing: Manage the new badging process, schedule fingerprint appointments, complete fingerprint and badge applications, and send email notifications to new hires.
Recruiting Efforts: Pull applications, pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, and send interview confirmations to applicants and general managers.
Airline Voucher Management: Collect vouchers from each store, sort and scan invoices, and email them to corporate.
Military Checks and Deposit Slips: Collect military checks from each location, send them to corporate, and monitor the supply of deposit slips.
Invoices for 5102 and 5103: Pick up invoices from each location, scan and email them to corporate, and manage parking and MARTA accounts.
ServSafe Administration: Conduct training and administer ServSafe exams to keep managers in compliance with ServSafe Manager Certification.
Manage Pay Cards: Track the number of pay cards each location has and order when needed.
TAPP Administrator: Submit requests for gate passes daily, download approved gate passes, and print and email them to stores.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
