Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant at Jackmont Hospitality, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your duties will include credentialing, recruiting efforts, airline voucher management, military checks and deposit slips, and managing parking and Marta accounts.
Credentialing
- Process new badging applications and schedule fingerprint appointments.
- Complete badge renewal applications and maintain a list of renewal dates for each team member.
Recruiting Efforts
- Pull and pre-screen job applications.
- Schedule interviews and send confirmation emails to applicants and managers.
Airline Voucher Management
- Collect vouchers from each store and sort, copy, and email them to the corporate office.
Military Checks and Deposit Slips
- Collect military checks from each location and send them to the corporate office.
- Monitor the supply of deposit slips and order when needed.
Managing Parking and Marta Accounts
- Manage Marta accounts, including ordering cards and uploading information to the Marta website.
- Manage parking accounts, including getting monthly requests from each location and submitting information to the parking office.
ServSafe Administration
- Conduct training and administer ServSafe exams to keep managers in compliance with ServSafe Manager Certification.
Managing Pay Cards
- Track the number of pay cards each location has and order when needed.
TAPP Administrator
- Submit requests for gate passes daily and download approved gate passes.
- Print and email gate passes to stores and leave copies at the atrium for pickup.
