Overview:

Sock Club is seeking a dedicated Event Operations Specialist to enhance our Marketing Team's efforts in managing our extensive events portfolio. This role will involve the strategic oversight of our events from initial planning through to execution and post-event analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the comprehensive planning and execution of over 15 events annually, ensuring all specific requirements are met.
  • Oversee all stages of the event lifecycle, including sales, logistics, marketing, and reporting.
  • Evaluate and report on event performance, focusing on ROI metrics related to revenue and lead generation through various analytical tools.
  • Devise and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at maximizing event revenue.
  • Coordinate logistics, including inventory management and on-site operations.
  • Engage in both short-term and long-term event planning and management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between event teams and various stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Represent Sock Club during events, engaging in business discussions and networking.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Willingness to travel up to 45% of the time.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role is preferred.
