- Work collaboratively with a vibrant team to assess leads, generate quotes, conduct outreach calls, and manage client information

- Report to the Director of Client Services and make a significant impact on Marquee Event Rentals' order fulfillment
Key Duties
The Customer Support Specialist position encompasses various responsibilities to guarantee smooth transactions and superior customer service:
- Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing general inquiries, new client requests, and account questions
- Respond to online leads, handle after-hours inquiries, and escalate leads that need further attention
- Keep precise records in the CRM system and collaborate with local teams for showroom visits and order management
- Utilize available systems for effective communication and account oversight
- Regularly review accounts and work with the Client Service Director for ongoing development
