The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR activities for RealTruck Corporate location. This position will serve as a liaison between HR teams at the plant and corporate locations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- HR Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for HR teams, responding to inquiries and directing phone and email inquiries to the appropriate HR group.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to employment issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare monthly birthday cards and birthday/anniversary posting notices, track and report HR metrics, and maintain compliance postings.
- Onboarding and Training: Conduct orientation with new hires, support the onboarding process, and maintain employee records and HR files.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and coordinate internal communications, disseminate timely information to employees, and build relationships cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization.
- Education and Experience: Associates degree in a related field preferred, 1-2+ years of experience in HR required.
- Skills and Abilities: Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment; advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and data entry.
- Knowledge and Competencies: Knowledge of HR-related employment law and regulations, ability to build and maintain relationships, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
This position operates in a professional office environment, requiring standard office equipment and minimal physical demands.
