About the Role

Ganger Dermatology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee record management and compliance training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively recruit and attract top talent using creative strategies and techniques.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, initial training, and introductions to the team.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed accurately.
  • Coordinate and track safety and compliance training for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage time clocks, and track vacation and attendance.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by reviewing and submitting time punch records.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Monitor job postings, track open and filled positions, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to establish overtime schedules and manage attendance reporting.
  • Facilitate communication with employees through meetings, updates, and postings.
  • Support performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating employee events and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar HR or staffing role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general knowledge of accounting procedures, especially accounts payable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
