Administrative Coordinator

This role provides administrative support to the Service department, focusing on the coordination, monitoring, and improvement of field service activities. The successful candidate will oversee and process Service Technician time jobs, handle logistics for training programs, warranty claims, returns, and assist in payment collection.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule service personnel for field assignments, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Warranty Claims: Process warranty claims from distributors, review for accuracy, and ensure proper justification.
- Returned Material: Coordinate the disposition of returned material, ensuring timely processing and expediting as needed.
- Training Programs: Handle logistics associated with training programs.
- Payment Collection: Assist in the collection of payments.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform required administrative tasks, prepare reports, and correspondence.
- Work Environment: Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
This role has no supervisory responsibility.
