Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, with a focus on mixed-use properties. A high school diploma is required, while a college degree is preferred. Strong marketing, leasing, and accounting skills are essential, as is knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and property management software is also required.
