At Professional Placement Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a technical support specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with the sales department to handle customer requests and resolve issues
- Document support calls and maintain accurate records
- Perform other duties as assigned by the engineering department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical background and knowledge of computer systems and software
