Key Responsibilities
- Technical Issue Resolution: Ensure customers and distributors receive adequate support, including technical issue resolution via various electronic mediums.
- Software and Hardware Implementations: Assist with medical imaging software and hardware implementations for new customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Product Setup and Presentations: Manage product setup and provide product presentations to customers and visitors, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Integration Development: Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal system performance.
- Issue Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues, providing valuable insights to improve our solutions and services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, and other critical factors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems related to PACS software implementation, upgrades, and compatibility/bug issues.
- Healthcare Imaging Standards: Knowledge of Healthcare imaging Standards (HL7, DICOM, IHE) and ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and delegate urgent quality tasks to meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to understand and express complex issues and solutions.
- Experience and Education: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a healthcare IT Technical Support role, including the development, analysis, and implementation of PACS and medical IT software. BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, computer science, or related discipline, or the combination of education and experience.
