Help Desk Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technical Support Specialist to join our team at HII's Mission Technologies division. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
- Diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records.
- Escalate issues to product line specialists, application or system support specialists.
- Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
- Alert management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
- AA or other 2-year technical degree in a related discipline and 1 year of related experience.
- HS 3 years of related experience may be substituted for AA degree.
- CompTIA Security or higher required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
