Job Title: Account Director, Client Experience

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our West Coast Consumer practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional internal, agency, and client teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with client goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and counsel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement earned media strategies
  • Manage and execute large-scale campaigns, including thought leadership, product launches, and earned-first creative campaigns
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior clients and their executives on earned media strategy and creative storytelling
  • Manage client, team resources, and deliverables around major campaigns and programs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in account management, media relations, and consumer practice
  • Strong experience with large-scale and start-up business environments
  • BA or BS in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to integrate earned media strategy seamlessly with digital, social, and paid media
