Senior Director, Client Services Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Client Services to lead our cross-functional team in delivering innovative work for a creative technology giant. As a trusted advisor, you'll own the relationship, success, and growth for this exciting new client, leveraging your expertise in social media marketing and brand strategy to drive key outcomes.
With a strong background in account services and marketing, you'll bring a deep understanding of agency P&Ls and client CMOs' business struggles. Your socially-native thinking and ability to use social media to drive client success will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of social media marketing strategies and plans to drive client growth and retention.
- Collaborate with senior clients and internal teams to deliver innovative work and meet or exceed established goals.
- Manage competing priorities, including pricing, resourcing, and revenue growth, to drive profitability and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts and projections to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Utilize CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to track and manage pipeline, revenue, contracts, invoicing, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in new business intake and outbound efforts to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- 15+ years of experience in account services and marketing, with at least 10 years in a management role.
- Deep social media expertise and ability to develop marketing strategies, plans, and programs in social media and brand marketing.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams and drive client growth and retention.
- Measurable client growth and retention track record, with a strong understanding of agency P&Ls and client CMOs' business struggles.
- Highly developed communication, polish, and presence skills, with the ability to partner with top-level client executives.
- Facility setting and holding boundaries, with the ability to lead difficult conversations and drive results.
- Very high levels of flexibility and creativity in solving problems, with a strong desire to excel in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
