Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with client goals and objectives
- Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic counsel to senior client executives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform campaign development and execution
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in account management, media relations, and integrated campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering business results and growing client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- A competitive salary range of $105,000 - $135,000
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement
