About the role: Dedicated Office Coordinator.

The Dedicated Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing all incoming calls by answering them promptly and ensuring that the caller is directed appropriately. Additionally, they will greet guests in a professional, courteous manner and open visitor and common areas upon arrival to the office.

Key responsibilities of the Dedicated Office Coordinator include:

• Proficiently manage all incoming calls and direct callers accordingly

• Greet visitors in a friendly and approachable manner, maintaining a professional atmosphere

• Open visitor and common areas, including turning on lights and organizing spaces as needed

• Manage visitor and office maintenance requests through the building's online system and follow up on those requests

• Track and order general office supplies and materials for office equipment

In terms of required skills and qualifications, the Dedicated Office Coordinator should possess:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively

• Familiarity with phone etiquette and PC proficiency

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers and vendors

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and maintains a customer-focused mindset.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
