Key Responsibilities:- Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Open and close work orders, gather information from residents, and expedite repair work
- Keep staff informed about resident issues and concerns
- Coordinate mailings, such as annual waitlist updates and application processing
- Provide administrative support with typing, filing, supply ordering, and other duties
This role requires prior office experience, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent customer service skills. The working hours will be 8am-12pm, Monday-Friday.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards in Boston.
