Key Responsibilities
  • Building and evolving the intake sales process to identify trends and opportunities during calls
  • Communicating results to back-office staff and contributing to the growth of the firm
  • Maximizing lead conversion rates by learning and implementing our in-house call frameworks and scripts
  • Logging and analyzing call results to identify areas for optimization

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales calls, preferably in B2C industries such as financial services, legal services, or healthcare. They should also have strong communication skills and experience using CRM platforms to execute campaigns.
