As a NICU Clinical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in positioning and selling our Enteral Feeding products within hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NICU Clinical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, medical device industry experience, and a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospital staff, including NICU managers, nurse educators, and neonatologists. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue by introducing and promoting our Enteral Feeding products, which include neonatal and pediatric enteral feeding systems, enteral feeding tubes and accessories, and more.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the NICU department
* Provide product training and education to hospital staff
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
* Proven track record of success in sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
