About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Enteral Feeding Sales Representative to join our team at Avanos Medical. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for selling our Enteral Feeding product portfolio to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the US.

  • You will work closely with decision-makers and influencers in the NICU, PICU, Pharmacy, and Infection Control departments to understand their needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives to drive year-on-year sales growth and meet territory objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare, biology).
  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in the NICU or pediatric market.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
