The Surgical Pain Territory Manager role at Avanos Medical is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for sales professionals to drive business growth and make a difference in the lives of patients. With a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales objectives, this position involves working closely with healthcare professionals and business leaders in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and clinics within a specific geographic territory.

Job Description:This role requires a deep understanding of surgical pain management and the ability to build relationships with surgeons, physicians, therapists, nurses, clinicians, department decision makers, and/or administrators within assigned accounts or markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, product knowledge, and communication skills, as well as a passion for achievement and a proven track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Presentation of products during surgical procedures to answer questions and demonstrate value
- Closure of new sales opportunities and generation of new customer leads while protecting existing market share
- Communication with current and potential customers in the field
- Development and execution of strategies to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least four years of demonstrated success in sales, including two years in medical sales calling on surgeons, hospitals, and ASCs. You should also have one year of experience in an operating room setting, understanding of the hospital/ASC buying process, knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, and strong verbal and written communications skills.
Salary Range:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include a generous 401(k) employer match, benefits on day 1, uncapped sales commissions, and more.
