The Anchovy Bar, a renowned restaurant part of State Bird Provisions, is seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join their team. As a key member of the culinary team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen, working closely with the Chef de Cuisine, Chef/Owners, and dining room management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, a passion for food, education, and professional development, as well as a strong sense of warmth and hospitality. They will be responsible for managing the quality of ingredients, recipes, and dish execution, holding everyone to the highest standards. Seafood experience is a plus, but not required.
