As the Executive Chef - Culinary Services Director at Atria Senior Living, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and dining venue. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service
Maintain accurate records of food inventory, labor costs, and budget reports
Collaborate with community leadership to plan and execute Engage Life events, special events, banquets, and theme meals
Ensure compliance with Company standards, legal requirements, and health regulations
Requirements:
Culinary Arts Degree and/or Chef Certification
5+ years of culinary experience in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of supervising staff and working in a team setting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
What We Offer:
Atria Senior Living offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan with employer match. Additionally, we offer paid holidays and PTO, community employees may receive annual anniversary rewards, and employees may be eligible to receive an Annual Scores Reward of $500 (Full Time) or $250 (Part Time) based on community survey results.
