We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Culinary Operations to lead our team at One Haus Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-end restaurants, with a strong focus on culinary excellence and exceptional customer service.

The Executive Director of Culinary Operations will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and developing staff to ensure exceptional service and culinary quality
  • Managing payroll, tips, and cash handling
  • Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of front-of-house staff
  • Developing and implementing wine training programs
  • Managing reservation systems and website content
  • Coordinating private dining and off-site events

Required qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants
  • Sommelier certification

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$105,000, plus bonus incentives, a fun and safe work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
