Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You should excel in time management, multitasking, and effectively collaborating across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing internal workflows, including routing and feedback distribution, preparing assets for release, developing and maintaining schedules, and serving as the primary internal contact for client meeting preparations, as well as documenting and disseminating meeting outcomes and next steps.
  • Oversee project maintenance, ensuring proper organization and archiving of folders and files.

Qualifications
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in client service or project management within an advertising agency or related field, handling projects across various media, including digital, video, social, print, and large-scale website management.
  • Proven ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients, confidently supporting recommendations and ideas based on business context and creative potential.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary campaigns or large-scale projects from inception to delivery, including client management, scheduling, budget oversight, and adherence to production best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet, and project management-related workflow and reporting tools.

Compensation Range: $46,000 - $68,500 annually. This range reflects the Company's anticipated pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the position's requirements. The Company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time. Benefits include medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
