About the Role:

Rogue Talent Group is seeking a highly skilled Precast Project Manager to lead dynamic projects across the Southeast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring excellence in every aspect, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Site Management: Conduct site visits across the region, ensuring projects adhere to safety and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Manage procurement, documentation, and project teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and lead post-project reviews to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience in the precast concrete industry (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management tools and a keen understanding of construction codes and regulations.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
