  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software is a plus.
Preferred Attributes
  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Microstation, Revit, ArcGIS, WaterGEMS, and/or SewerGEMS.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
