Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely completion of projects and ensuring that they are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Schedule and coordinate all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Quality Control: Establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the project team, including project managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems among subcontractors and vendors.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
