Job Summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and promoting hotel services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and payment processing
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy
  • Field guest complaints and negotiate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
