  • Address guest inquiries with professionalism and provide suitable solutions
  • Create and maintain accurate guest profiles based on individual preferences
  • Relay important guest information to relevant departments
  • Uphold guest privacy and security at all times
  • Ensure correct processing of guest charges
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and issues
  • Manage safe deposit box services and oversee guest fax requests
  • Stay informed about hotel amenities, services, and current promotions

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Experience in hotel front desk operations is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in a second language is beneficial
  • Training in guest relations is preferred
