Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Agent at the Historic Warwick Melrose Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to guests' needs, including registration, checkout, and cashiering.
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, verifying reservation and credit information.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and name usage in guest interactions.
  • Accept payment for guests' accounts and maintain a house bank.
  • Book reservations for guests and possess knowledge of the hotel's services and facilities.
  • Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Have general knowledge of the city and its attractions.

Requirements

  • Previous front office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of Opera system is a plus.
