Your Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Kimpton, you will be entrusted with the cleanliness of guest rooms and shared spaces, all while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Duties Include:
- Thoroughly clean, dust, polish, and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
- Change linens and replenish supplies in guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Organize furnishings, drapes, and room accessories to maintain a neat appearance.
- Provide necessary amenities to guests in line with hotel guidelines.
- Ensure rooms are secured by closing doors and locking them.
- Report any damages, hazards, or unusual occurrences in your assigned areas.
- Return lost items found in guest rooms or common areas to the Housekeeping department.
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas.
- Respond to requests or projects from the Housekeeping management team.
- Safeguard pass key security and ensure its return at the end of each shift.
- Restock supplies and organize the linen closet for the next day.
- Communicate any exceptional circumstances to the on-duty supervisor or manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. You should have at least one year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
