Member Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Service Representative to join our team at Navy Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their financial needs are met, and delivering a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and Resolve Member Issues: You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex member issues related to their accounts and loans, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide Financial Guidance: You will provide expert guidance to members on our financial products and services, helping them make informed decisions about their financial well-being.
- Assist with Financial Transactions: You will assist members with various financial transactions, including loan applications, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
- Ensure Compliance: You will ensure that all financial transactions and activities are conducted in compliance with federal and other regulations.
- Collaborate with Team Members: You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to members in a clear and concise manner.
- Financial Knowledge: You must have a strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings and checking accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Analytical Skills: You must have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Customer Service Skills: You must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to members in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Financial Services: You must have experience working in a financial services environment, preferably in a call center, retail banking, or credit union setting.
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations: You must have a strong understanding of federal and other regulations related to financial services.
