The Worship Production Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Worship Directors and the Production Team, ensuring that all worship services, special events, and ongoing ministry activities are effectively supported with Audio, Visual, and Lighting (AVL) production. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing projects alongside the Creative Arts Ministry Team.
  • Support the maintenance, preparation, operation, and setup/breakdown of media and technical arts equipment.
  • Oversee the upkeep of media and technical systems across various campuses.
  • Mix sound for services and special events.
  • Take charge of audio management during weekend services.
  • Collaborate with other technical departments to creatively enhance the overall experience.
  • Minimize downtime of critical systems by managing software quality through thorough testing, network inspections, and standardized troubleshooting processes.
  • Provide technical assistance to Lighting, Video, and Audio departments across campuses.
  • Supervise the operation of front-of-house, monitors, and broadcast mixing.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in audio engineering, particularly with large format consoles like S6L.
  • 2+ years of experience with lighting and video systems.
  • Proficient in programming audio and lighting systems, as well as basic video camera setups.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with database software: Microsoft 360, Pro Presenter 7, Grand MA2, Vista 3, Resi.
