Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sares Regis Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and outside contractors to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Direct and oversee the maintenance and repair of physical structures, including apartments, common areas, and grounds.
  • Obtain bids from outside contractors and assemble, analyze, and submit bids to superiors for action.
  • Order and receive supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
  • Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type.
  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
  • Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
  • Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • CPO certification required.
  • Prefer Yardi experience.
  • Must have experience in all trades.
  • Must have excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
  • Past supervisory experience a must.
  • Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
  • Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits, and vacation accrual.
