Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the front office operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all financial aspects of the practice, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Work closely with the insurance team to resolve claims and billing issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and public relations team to promote the practice and engage with patients.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage office support personnel, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures, improving patient flow and reducing wait times.
  • Work with the treatment plan coordinator to present treatment plans to patients and ensure timely payment.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to maintain office infrastructure and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Recent experience in a dental office, preferably in a management or coordination role.
  • Strong background in dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Education beyond high school, preferably a degree in business, health administration, or a related field.
