Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients upon arrival and ensure completion of intake forms
  • Answer phones and address patient inquiries regarding dental care and practice details
  • Assist in verifying patient insurance benefits and maximizing coverage
  • Develop and implement office policies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, billing, and insurance claims

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a dental office is essential
  • Proficiency in Dentrix management software is required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
